Interactive CPR Classes Planned for Boardman Residents
Effective February 1, 2020 the Boardman Fire Department, working in conjunction with the American Heart Association, will begin providing interactive CPR classes to anyone in our community, at no cost to the township.
These classes will teach students how to respond and act in emergency situations involving choking, heart attacks, and non-breathing victims. The Fire Department has several qualified instructors certified to provide all basic life support instruction.
Each class requires advanced registration and payment. Upon completion of the course, a two-year certification will be issued as proof of completion of the class. Classes will be held in the training room of the Main Fire Station at 7440 Market Street and will begin promptly at 6 pm.
