Environmental Site Assessments

The Boardman Fire Prevention Bureau will research all department records to assist with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments upon written request. Please submit your request to our office via postal delivery or email with the following information:

• The type of study you are conducting
• What type of information you need (e.g., UST, AST, spills, etc.)
• The address of your inquiry
• Your company information
